3. Delivery Methods & Times: We can only ship goods to the card holder's statement address. All our orders are dispatched by courier and will require a signature upon arrival... At this time we are only able to send goods to the destinations listed below for orders placed on line. If you are an overseas customer and you do not live in one of the specified countries please telephone or e-mail your order to us. (telephone: - 44 870 770 2787 or e-mail: - gear@lrcgb.com Typically, orders are dispatched within 1 working day after your order is received, and may take up to a further 1 - 2 days (UK ONLY) in transit depending upon destination. Overseas orders may take longer depending on your location. Please note during very busy periods such as Christmas, our carrier services may take longer to deliver due to the very high volumes of parcels in their systems |
4. Returns Procedure: We will make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days. We will either send a replacement product or replacement items, upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned. Postage of returned faulty goods will be refunded. |
5. Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order. |
6. Retention of Title: This remains with us until the goods are paid for in full. |
7. Application of Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT is included in the prices we display but will be shown on a printed invoice we will send to you. Our VAT registration number is 765 3620 21. The invoice will be issued by LRC Collections Ltd. |
8. Order Confirmations: When you place an order via our Internet service you will receive an 'Order Confirmation'. |
9. Stock Levels: As far as is reasonably possible, all products featured on the web site are in stock and available at the time of ordering. If any product is out of stock we will contact you to see if a suitable substitute is acceptable before shipping. |

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). 11. Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control. |
12. Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by fax, phone or email (for details see the contact us page). All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights. |
13. Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England. |
